Owen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Analysis from California State University, Northridge. He also earned Associate of Arts degrees from Los Angeles Pierce College in Business Administration, Economics, STEM, and Social & Behavioral Sciences, along with Bloomberg Education certificates in Finance Fundamentals and Spreadsheet Analysis.

Owen helps members with questions, troubleshoots issues, and explains features so users feel supported while using IRS Solutions.
