"IRS Solutions is a valuable tool for managing my clients relationship with the IRS. The monitoring system has improved immensely. While it is primarily used to pull transcripts as needed, we also monitor the IRS accounts of clients that contract with us to provide that service. With monitoring, we get to inform the client they will be receiving the notice and what we believe may be concerning.

IRS Solutions is easy to use, easy to navigate, and doesn't overwhelm the user with filler that isn't necessary. There isn't a long learning curve, as much of the platform is easy to figure out. We use it daily with great success! The program also gives me the ability to see the client's correspondence history with the IRS. When the client tells me they made all their estimates, I can check IRS Solutions to see when the estimates were received by the IRS."
